Seri's honey hunting. There are about 750 Seris left living in two communities on the Sea of Cortez, Puenta Chueca and Disemboque. They are known as the last hunter-gathers in North America. They live off the desert and fish for themselves, not to sell. Here the Barnett family (Ignacio and Francisco) go into the desert near their home in Puenta Chueca to find honey. They locate a bee nest under in a crevice in some rocks, they smoke out the bees, and get the honey. Aurora image #1910806603
